Long time no hear ...

In den letzten zwei Wochen hatte ich überhaupt keine Zeit zum Bloggen und melde mich jetzt endlich zurück. Dazwischen liegen zwei Wochenenden, an denen wir jeweils mehrere Stunden "on the road" waren. Glück für mich: Es gab viel Zeit zum Stricken auf dem Beifahrersitz. Lady E ist dabei fertig geworden und ich habe sie auch schon am vergangenen Wochenende getragen.

Außerdem habe ich noch einen weiteren Schal auf einer dieser Fahrten gestrickt und einen "Melon-Stitch-Shawl" aus dem Buch Victorian Lace Today habe ich auch begonnen. Also war ich insgesamt doch recht produktiv.

Bilder zeige ich am kommenden Wochenende - da sind wir mal wieder zu Hause und ich habe etwas mehr Zeit als jetzt.

Ach, übrigens: Die Jäckchen sind bei meinen Nichten sehr gut angekommen, natürlich auch die anderen Sachen. Jette wollte ihre Jacke am ersten Abend gar nicht mehr ausziehen und hat gleich drin geschlafen. Wenn das nicht motivierend ist für weitere Aufträge...? Ein Foto habe ich noch nicht bekommen, soll in Kürze folgen.

I had no time left to blog in the last two weeks but now I am back again. The last two weekends we were several hours "on the road". My fortune: Very much time to knit in the car. So I finished Lady E there und wore it last weekend.

Then I knitted another little shawl on the road and I started to knit a "Melon-Stitch-Shawl" from the georgeous book Victorian Lace Today. So I was very busy yet.

I show you some pictures at the coming weekend when we are at home and I will have a little bit more time than now.

By the way: My nieces like their new jackets very much as they told me on the telephone. Jette wore it even the first night in bed. Isn't that enough motivation for further orders...? I haven't got a picture of the two girls yet, but it should follow in time.
